工作职责：
1. 负责基于web的CMS系统、图片管理、社交类系统开发；
2. 设计系统流程，有良好的创造能力与美术策划沟通能力；
3. 配合美术及策划人员能够优化现有产品的用户操作体验；
4. 查找修正系统缺陷和设计不当；
应聘资格要求：
1：精通PHP+MYSQL，掌握Javascript ，熟练运用 ajax技术 ，熟悉各种模板技术及二次开发
2：有二年以上的工作经验，必须要有实际项目开发经验，能自己独立完代码编写
3：有大型网站开发经验，网页静态化经验者优先
4. 熟悉和关注开源项目，并能良好应用，热爱和熟悉Linux系统；
5. 责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力、创新能力和团队合作精神；
6. 重视软件的可用性和易用性；

Senior PHP engineer
Salary:4000-8000/month.
the Option Contract will be given according to the working years and performance.
RESPONSIBILIITES
1,Develop the web-based CMS system,picture management and social networking system.
2,Design the system process, good skill in communication with graphical designer.
3,Cooperate with UI designer and production planning to optimize the exsiting customer experience.
4,Find and adment the bug and defect.
REQUIRED
1,Proficient in PHP + MYSQL, master Javascript, skilled use of ajax technology, familiar with the technology and secondary development of a variety of templates,
2,2-year experience in the actual project, ability to write coding independently.
3,Large-scale website development experience, Web-based experience in a static priority
4,Strong responsibility,communicative skill, creative and team spirit.
5,Focus on the usability of software.
