月薪：面议,并根据工作成果和年限给与公司期权；
工作职责：
1. 负责web及iPhone软件产品的用户界面设计；
2. 结合用户体验，完善设计流程，有良好的创造能力。
3. 配合开发人员能够优化现有产品的用户操作体验；
4. 公司各类形象标识创意设计；
5. 负责美术小组的管理协调工作，能制定美术设计规范。
应聘资格要求：
1. 具有2年以上动漫、游戏或web设计、或软件产品UI设计工作经验；
2. 责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力、创新能力和团队合作精神；
3. 注重细节，有领导能力最佳；
4. 良好的美感，崇尚简单、阳光、鲜活的设计风格；
5. 精通设计相关位图/矢量图形软件，对高质量位图或像素图标设计经验丰富者优先；

RESPONSIBILIITES
1,Design the UI for the web and iPhone-based application.
2,Optimize the designing process according to the user experience. Creative.
3,Cooperate with engineers to optimize the exsiting customer experience
4,Design the all kinds of company logo and other images.
5,Manage the art team and make the specifications.
REQUIRED
1,2 years designing experience in Comic, Game, web or application’s UI.
2,Strong responsibility,communicative skill, creative and team spirit.
3,Pursuit for the details, management skill is preferential.
4,A good sense of beauty, advocating a simple, sunshine, fresh design style;
5,Proficient in the design-dependent bitmap / vector graphics software for high-quality bitmap or pixel icon design experience is preferred;
